What Biteqo is
Biteqo provides ordering technology to restaurants. The restaurant you order from prepares, packs, delivers and collects payment for your order. Biteqo does not employ delivery partners and does not handle payments.
Orders
An order is a request to the restaurant. It is confirmed only when the restaurant accepts it. Prices, availability and delivery charges are set by the restaurant and are re-checked when you place the order.
Reviews
Reviews can be written only for delivered orders. Restaurants can reply but cannot change or remove a review. Biteqo may hide reviews that break the law or our moderation rules.
Restaurants
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, prices, opening hours, food safety and delivery. Paid features depend on the plan chosen and may be limited or suspended for misuse.
Disclaimer
Biteqo is only a restaurant directory and ordering system. Please read our Disclaimer for how responsibility for food, service and delivery is shared.
