Questions owners ask us
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code or open your link, and everything happens in the phone browser.
Who collects the payment?
You do. The customer pays you by cash, UPI or bank transfer. Biteqo only shows your payment details; it does not hold or settle money.
I already have my own delivery boy. Is that fine?
That is how it is meant to work. The order status has an “out for delivery” step that you tap when your boy leaves.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works from an Android phone. A computer is useful but not needed.
How long does approval take?
Usually within one working day. We check your details so customers can trust every page.
What if WhatsApp or the internet is down for a bit?
The order is saved first and messages follow afterwards. A failed message never loses an order, and your order list always shows everything.
Can a customer order from me if I am closed?
No. Orders stop when your shop is closed, outside your timings, or when you switch “accepting orders” off.
