We help local restaurants take orders directly
Biteqo gives every restaurant, café and food stall its own ordering page, QR code and order app. Customers order straight from the place they like. The restaurant keeps the full bill and gets to know its customers.
Why we started
We started in Lucknow, talking to owners of small restaurants, chaat corners and tea stalls. Most of them told us the same thing: the big delivery apps bring orders, but take a heavy cut from every bill, and the customer ends up paying more than the menu price.
Many of those customers already knew the restaurant. They had eaten there, they had the number saved, and they still ordered through an app because it was easier than calling. So we asked a simple question: what if ordering directly from the restaurant was just as easy?
Biteqo is our answer. A clean menu page that opens on any phone, an OTP instead of a long sign-up, order updates on WhatsApp, and an app that rings in the kitchen when a new order comes in. No commission is taken on orders.
What Biteqo does
Your own ordering page
Each restaurant gets a page with its menu, photos, timings and reviews, plus a QR code for the counter, the tables and the delivery bags.
Orders that ring loudly
New orders show up in the restaurant app and the web panel with a bell, so nobody misses one in a busy kitchen. Customers get updates on WhatsApp.
Customers stay with you
The restaurant sees its own customer list, repeat orders and reviews. No platform stands between the restaurant and the people who eat its food.
What we care about
No commission on orders
Restaurants pay a small fixed plan fee, or nothing on the Free plan. What the customer pays for the food goes to the restaurant.
Fair prices for customers
You pay the restaurant’s own menu price. Biteqo adds no platform fee or hidden charge.
Simple enough for a tea stall
If you can use WhatsApp, you can run Biteqo. Setup takes an evening, not a week.

The company behind Biteqo
Biteqo is a brand of MYESA Technology Innovation LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Biteqo is its online ordering platform for local restaurants and the people who order from them.
When a restaurant joins as a partner, pays for a plan or writes to support, it deals with MYESA Technology Innovation LLP, and plan invoices are issued in that name. For customers nothing changes: you still order and pay the restaurant directly.
