Plain-language summary of how Biteqo handles information.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your mobile number, name and, for delivery, your address. We also keep the order itself: items, amounts and status changes.
Who can see it
Only the restaurant you ordered from can see your details and orders at that restaurant. Other restaurants cannot. Biteqo staff can see order data only to run and support the service.
Your mobile number and OTP
We use your number to send a one-time password and order updates on WhatsApp. One-time passwords are stored only in hashed form and expire within minutes.
Tracking and review links
Order tracking and review pages are opened using a long random link. Anyone who has the link can see that order, so please do not post it publicly. These pages are hidden from search engines.
Payments
Biteqo does not take or store any card, UPI PIN or bank login. You pay the restaurant directly.
Your choices
You can remove saved addresses and favourites from your account page. To delete your data, write to you@example.com.
